A big joy I’ve found is in connecting with others and helping to guide each person through movement. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, I am here to support, encourage and meet you exactly where you are. All sessions focus on the breath and feature sequences to improve mobility, strengthen the body, and connect to your heart. Practice relieves stress, calms the mind, and creates balance within, leaving yogis feeling lighter, stronger and empowered.
