Wellbeing program

 A 12 week bespoke program created to help clients experience life changing multidimensional shifts. 

 

Program includes:​

  • An initial 90 minute in depth exploration session 

  • Choice of weekly or bi-weekly 1-hour sessions with personalized guidance and support via zoom 

  • Practical strategies and helpful resources to utilize in between sessions and beyond
